Utilizing scripture, creative arts and writing, you will explore your trauma story, with its symptoms (flashbacks, nightmares, anxiety, depression, etc. and learn how to lessen the intense emotions associated with it. And, discover how to fire trauma as the lead in your life story! Shame, guilt, forgiveness, and how to move on from here in health and freedom will all be addressed too.
